Dress To Impress
We want you to look and feel your best, while still keeping a professional atmosphere that our clients have come to expect.

Why Do We Have A Dress Code?
At Guest Auto Group, we take pride in our professional and clean appearance. We believe that our employees' appearance is a reflection of our company's values and reputation.
That's why we have a dress code that sets the standard for what's appropriate in the workplace.
Our dress code policy is pretty straightforward: dress professionally, and make sure that your appearance is neat and tidy at all times.
Department managers may exercise discretion in determining the appropriateness of dress and appearance. But, if you're a Sales or Finance employee and you don't meet our professional standard, you may be sent home and asked to change before returning to work.
We understand that sometimes, there may be a need for reasonable accommodations. If that's the case, please speak to your manager, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident in their appearance.
Remember, your appearance matters. When you look your best, you feel your best, and you project a positive image to our customers and clients.
So, let's dress for success and make a great impression on everyone we meet!
Casual Shirts

Polo Shirt

Men's Button Up

Women's Collared
Shirt

Professional Blouse
When it comes to shirts, we want to strike a balance between professional and comfortable. For casual dress days, we allow shirts with collars, business casual crew neck or V-neck shirts, blouses, and golf/polo shirts.
These shirts look sharp and put-together, but still offer some flexibility and ease of movement.
However, there are a few types of shirts that are not allowed. We ask that you refrain from wearing T-shirts, shirts with inappropriate slogans or graphics, tank tops, muscle shirts, camouflage, and crop tops.
These types of shirts may be fine for weekend wear or casual outings, but they don't convey the professional image that we want to present to our clients and customers.
Pants

Dress Slacks

Non-Ripped Jeans

Professional Joggers

Women's Dress Slacks
When it comes to pants, we want our employees to look professional and put-together. Casual slacks, trousers, and jeans without any holes or frays are perfectly acceptable.
However, shorts, camouflage, and pants worn below the waist or hip line are not appropriate for the workplace.
We know that some people might have questions about what exactly constitutes "casual slacks" or "trousers," and that's okay! If you're unsure whether your pants meet the dress code, just talk to your manager.
They'll be happy to answer any questions you have and help you make sure you're looking your best.
Hat's & Footwear

Causal Laced Shoe

Dress Shoes

Beret

Wool Fedora
At Guest Auto Group, we want our employees to feel comfortable while maintaining a professional appearance. We understand that there are different styles of footwear that can be appropriate for different occasions, and that's why we allow a range of shoes.
Casual slip-on or tie shoes, dress sandals, and clean athletic shoes are all acceptable. If you prefer a more stylish look, you may also wear a beret or a wool fedora.
However, there are some footwear styles that are not acceptable for our dress code. These include flip-flops, construction boots, and hunting boots.
We want our employees to look polished and professional, and these types of shoes don't fit that image.
In addition to footwear, we also have guidelines on hats. While we allow berets and wool fedoras, baseball caps are not permitted. We believe that these types of hats are too casual for the workplace, and they don't project a professional image.
General Appearance

Take Care of Your Hair

Shower Regularly

Brush Hair Often

Stay Clean & Tidy
At our workplace, we believe that first impressions matter. That's why we have a dress code policy that includes general appearance guidelines to ensure that everyone looks their best. We want our employees to feel confident, comfortable, and professional when they're at work.
To achieve this, we expect all employees to practice good personal hygiene by taking regular showers, brushing their teeth, and washing their hands often. It's important to come to work looking fresh and clean, not like you just rolled out of bed. It's also essential to keep your hair neat and tidy and ensure that your skin is free of dirt and smudges.
We understand that everyone has different preferences and styles when it comes to hair and makeup, but we do expect our employees to keep their appearance professional. This means that any hair or makeup styles should be neat, clean, and not distracting.
Finally, we want our employees to smell good. While it's important to avoid overpowering scents that may cause discomfort to others, we do expect everyone to maintain a clean and fresh scent. Wearing deodorant and washing clothes regularly can help achieve this.
How You Look Matters
In summary, we believe that our employees' appearance plays an important role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and customers.
Our dress code policy includes general appearance guidelines such as practicing good personal hygiene, keeping hair and makeup styles neat and clean, and maintaining a fresh scent. Department managers have the discretion to determine the appropriateness of dress and appearance, and Sales and Finance employees who do not meet a professional standard may be asked to change before returning to work.
We encourage all employees to feel confident, comfortable, and professional when they're at work, and we believe that following our dress code policy is one way to achieve this. By presenting ourselves in a professional and clean manner, we can help maintain the high standards that our customers have come to expect from Guest Auto Group.
